  • You've done a lot of work and it looks like you have good land for potential. Looks like you are very much aware of the earth and means to be a good STEWART to it and I have to say to you if things get bad; Do not through away to much of the undergrowth as it is a good warning system as well as Guinea hens. Lots of small dry twigs in good placement and the rest compost for your next years topsoil mix. Very well planned and I hope you get to see what you have envisioned. It's doable.

  • Will leave as much in its natural state, using the forest garden method, planting more edibile trees and bushes with few regular garden bed .And culling diseasd trees for firewood for heating purposes. Thanks for commenting.

  • Well the garden was just trown toghether in a hurry...need to put bigger rocks around it and make it look more like a keyhole garden.

The radishes where great and the kale tasted great too when i was there a few weeks ago.

Will be building few more round gardens.just need to collect some more rocks ,and have other areas of interst too .like at the edge of the wooded area..thanks

  • yes dear youre so right..need to post more

But thanks for being a very supportive with my endeavour

  • It doesnt look like much for now, being a slow process ,living 300 miles away and visiting twice a month, and trying to do some work while there,So garden is slowly coming along.

Seven acres ,four wooded with oaks, persimon, hicory, cedar, huckleberry, the open areas are mostly native grasses.

  • I enjoy your garden very much. Real crop circles(:. That's a great idea. Your place is charming and so peaceful. Great place to live for sure. Caramia

  • Very nice video. Seems real familiar to me for some reason. Hmmm - almost seems like I've been there before. Looking forward to more videos from Sonnenhof. How's that???
