  • wow, whats your average speed?

  • @ddxjon 30mph average

  • i have regular job 8 hrs a day 5 times a week and only saturday and sunday for serious riding...

do you think i can ride and compete this level?

is there any way or do i really need to give up my full time job to be in a condition like this??

co'z no matter what i do i always have a hard time against my fellow club riders..

i really want to win against them...

    any piece of advice?

BTW most of them have the time to ride at least 4 times a week..

  • @SuperWeng10 If you have a full time job, you should train indoors at least 2 hours a day during the week for 4 days. That should help you to keep up with your club friends on the weekends.

  • hi,could you please tell me what sort of camera you're using, looks really clear

  • I sent you an email with the info. Hope you got it.

  • wheres the hills?

  • @chavezcycling damn, im barely keeping up with 16mph

  • Yep, with new twins, a full time job, and being a homeowner I still find time to ride and train 8 to 10 hours a week. Communting is a big part of training for me with a 32 mile round trip and a 10lb backpack. Cycling for me is an addiction, and any addict knows you will find your fix no matter what it takes. Plus I have a lot of support which helps a lot.

  • those Fla Alps at 3:33 look positively brutal

  • @SuperWeng10 I'm a grad student- I have a family, a dog, and work 9-10 hrs a day + 4-8 on the weekends. I still train 1-2 hrs a day 3-4 days during the week, and at least 5hrs on the weekend. You can do it. You just have to make it a priority. Get up early.

  • Thanks Joel... Straight to FAVS on my YouTube channel. Great sound track.
