Thinking of You, Katy Perry cover, Traci Hines

Love this song. It's my fav on the CD. I've had a few requests for Katy Perry covers (Thank you Donald and many others!) and waaaay too many for "I Kissed a Girl" specifically, haha, but this one is just much more my style. I know I might get some flack for covering this...it seems like the more popular the song or artist, the harder people come down on others trying to cover it! Haha. I'm a big fan of Katy, absolutely love her songwriting and CD in general, and this video is nothing more than just a fan indulging herself. I hope you don't expect me to be as good or better than Katy. I'll tell ya right now, I'm not! I'm me...hope you can hear my voice in this vid, and not the lack of hers.

I know it's different than my usual, (Disney and showtunes!) and truth be told I feel like I rushed this a bit and could probably record a better version, but it is what it is. I had fun learning some very beginner video editing...never bothered to try before haha...you might notice that difference too.

@hitxthexfloorx409 lessons only help with things like tone, breathing, and technique, not delays between the voice and the music; therefore, she does not need lessons. I know this because I've taken, as well as taught, voice lessons, and have a degree in music. So, trust me, she's fine the way she is.
