  • kyokushin basic exercise one: splits. wtf lol

    i did kyokushin for a couple of years, but my first exercise was running in circles for warm up as far as i remember. and every warm up should start with a little running.

  • @lawker777 how long will it take someone to gain flexability to do slits, and will doing kicks help me kick to the head?
