I looked this case up on Google. The fire captin was awarded 18,000 bucks. But even better then that. The capt did'nt sue the police dept. He sued the cop. So the 18,000 does'nt come from taxpayers

Once the fire department arrives at the scene, THEY are in charge, NOT the police. The cops are supposed to direct traffic in situations like this one.This idiot, who was on some superpower trip, was 100% in the wrong should be arrested for taking the firefighter away from the patient. Plus the dummy CANNOT tell the fire department to move the truck. Lots of cops forget that they are NOT above the law and NOT in control of everything.
