[OH] Officer Cutts did murder Jessie & Chloe - Verdict read

CANTON, Ohio -- The jury has found Bobby Cutts Jr. guilty on most charges in connection with the death of Jessie Davis and aggravated murder in the death of her unborn fetus. He was found not guilty of aggravated murder charges in Davis' slaying. However, the jury found him guilty of murder. The jury found him guilty on the other charges, which include abuse of a corpse, aggravated burglary, termination of a pregnancy and child endangerment.Cutts may receive a death sentence for the murder in conviction. Cutts testified through sobs that he'd accidentally killed Davis with an elbow to her throat as he was trying to leave her house last June. He said he then panicked and dumped her body in a park. Prosecutors said Cutts strangled Davis over mounting child support and hid her body to cover up his involvement. The sentencing phase will begin Feb. 25.
