The Thin Line Between Love and Hate [[chapter 86]]

Nick went home and we sat on the couch cuddled in each others arms. I sat wondering if we were going to be able to pull it off. I mean if she is pregnant, then she will start to show, we would have to get married as soon as possible. I would be happy if she was pregnant, because I knew that there was one person that I wanted to have kids with. Kelsey. But if she wasnt pregnant, It would give us time to plan everything out and not feel pressured.

Oh well. Right now I just want to focus on the one girl that I love.

Joe: Im taking you out tonight.

Kelsey: Ok?

Joe: get dressed.

Kelsey: Ok. Ok.

She walked upstairs and I heard her yell.

Kelsey: What should I wear?!

Joe: Something fancy.

After getting dressed and an hour of sitting on the couch bored Kelsey came downstairs in a beautiful turquoise knee length dress. She looked amazing.

Kelsey: what do you think?

Joe; You look amazing.

Kelsey smiled.

Joe: come on.

I grabbed her hand and led her to the car. We got in and I drove over to the park where I first asked her to be my girlfriend. The place we had our first kiss. I had Nick set it up for me. I needed someone who knew what I was about to do. It was a picnic blanket with rose petals and candles.

Kelsey: Joe, its- its amazing.

Joe: only the best for you.

Kelsey and I sat down and started eating. I fumbled with a box in my pocket. I know that were already married, but Im still nervous.

Joe: Kelsey uh I love you, with all of my heart. And I dont ever want us to end. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. And I know were already married, but I want to do this right.

Kelsey: Joe?

I got down on one knee and I pulled out a box. I had bought the ring a couple days ago. I wanted her to have the best. I opened the box.

Joe: Kelsey?

She gasped.

Joe: Will you already be married to me?

She laughed with tears in her eyes.

Kelsey: Of course!

I leaned over and kissed her and slipped the ring on her finger.

Joe: I love you.

Kelsey: I love you too.
