GTA IV Secret Room + Blackout

I found this glitch and this secret room a while back with my friend, so if someone already uploaded it then I did not steal it.
To get into the small but cool secret room get in the spot where I am next to the van in the party room house and crouch then have your friend shoot you with an RPG. You can also do it by yourself, but it's harder.
To do the blackout glitch in the party room building just tap the A button and keep sprinting into the corner. If you keep doing it, you could teleport on the roof or outside the wall where there is a blackout, if you climb up the ladder and get on the roof you can see through the building.
BTW, I forgot to mention the only way to do this without dying is to go there in free roam with team damage off.

I found a way to do a glitch where you get to wear a backpack but u have to use cheats and I don't have an hd pvr
