Rolemaster: Magestorm is a magical combat game that combines the character persistence and growth of a role-playing game with the excitement and 3D graphics of an action game. Up to 50 players may play in one arena, with 6 different arenas to choose from, with 3 different teams to play on: Chaos, Order, and Balance. You control one of 4 classes of magic wielders: the powerhouse Magician, the healing Cleric, the Mentalist, and the power sucking Arcanist. Each class has its strengths and weaknesses and they're all fun to play, with spells varying from healing, power stealing, walls, and even flying. Everyone starts off at level 1 and can progress in the game, gaining levels by accumulating experience points. By gaining levels, you increase your hit points, your stats, and gain the chance to research a new, devastating spell to cast on your foes. As you gain levels, you get more powerful, but don't worry about being extremely over powered as each game created has level limits. You will never be in a game where the level difference between you and the highest character is more than 10 (with the exception of the 10-30 games).

What memories look at that an old version I use to Beta test and play Mage win it first came out. I played from 95 to 2006. I was glad to see Sorien brought it back for awhile I donated to help keep it on Now its gone aginbecause of funding. I don't know whats up with Sorien he never E-mails me back on status for private testing sever until he can get it back up agin. I told him that I have the Money too help him with it. Love to see it back on public and see rooms full agin like old times.Dodge

@1968DodgePolara I loved the game was well. When it was on AOL I was playing! It was $1.99/hr and I didn't care. I played from afternoon to early morning. It was addictive and in my opinion by far the best online role-playing game. World of Warcraft doesn't even touch in classic elegance and gaming simplicity.
