  • We shouldn't have to pay for a test when our history was taken from us... These test should be free of charge for so-called African Americans...

  • Nothing like having family. Beautiful video!

  • @stymie662 If the test "should" be free then who should and would pay for it Brother?

  • Africans are the fathers and mamas of human kind. So whatever your phenotype you are an African. You are just a mutation of the original.

  • I don't know why she would feel bad. We are an amalgamated people.

  • I wish that Dr. King's family and Malcolm X's family would search the maternal and paternal lines. What parts of Africa produced the men that would be the symbol for Blackpride/Blackpower/blackhumanity.

  • @stymie662 or at least affordable...cos it's expensive as heck.

    well said

  • I am Jamaican. I am not saying whether or not a project exists for whomever. I am saying that we should be more conscious of what we are saying in regards to some other culture of people being more informed about themselves than us. It's not true. I am trying to tell you my friends had a hard time doing the research. It's difficult because Spain was hard pressed to rid people of their history also. Sorry if I came out too harsh there. I keep hearing this over & over and it's pretty vain of us.

  • I guess you are Latino and can say that. 3 of my friends did this thing. They had a hard time pinpointing where their origins are. "Indians" aren't in one specific place and had no written information. Don't bet on the fact that we are the only ones who can't figure it out. It's still erroneous to say that and makes it look like we're victims again. Spanish killed more "Indians" than Africans and the majority of Blacks in the Diaspora are Latinos, not us. So I don't buy that.
