I finally came across a copy of the late Todd Miller's third volume of the fantastic 'Conrail's Conclusion' series. This tape follows the Columbus and Cincinnati Lines between Galion, OH, where the Indianapolis Line splits off, and NA Tower outside of Cincinnati, where Cincinnati Line trains would run on trackage rights on CSX's Toledo Sub to get into Queensgate Yard.
In the Conrail split up of 1999, the Columbus Line was allocated to CSX, while the Cincinnati Line was allocated to NS. CP-138 is the dividing point between the two railroads now. And for the most part, the number of trains running on both lines has not changed much since this tape was made.
Great series, Thanks
