In 1995 Dr. Madan Kataria and his wife, Madhuri Kataria from Mumbai, India, incorporated a healthy work-out consisting of Yoga breathing (Pranayama) exercises, stretching, laughing (yes, laughing for no reason!) which acts a powerful stress release for many individuals. Dr. Kataria was researching Laughter as part of his medical research and found out that if people use the Laughter Yoga stretching and laughing exercises they feel better after doing so.
Looks like great fun! I think you should turn the music off while you are talking though.
