If it's good enough for Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, it's good enough for you: the Behringer BCR2000 upsets our expectations from the German überbrand and makes a solid showing in the Gearwire DJ booth.

Resident "Savvy Punk" Bill Holland hooks the BCR2000 into the Gearwire Ableton Live setup and gives us an idea of how you might incorporate the budget-controller into your setup.

  • Price?

  • that EQ is horrible for djing, you should use another one

  • ..been using my bcF2000 with those cheap automated faders that you mentioned for 3 years. works just fine thank you. back to mixing..

  • i'd like to know the track you're playing, mr. bill.

  • informations for stupids...too much talking about stuff that everybody should knows if they buy stuff like that...absolute basicstuff!!!

sorry...i'm wondering how many people are thankful for that!!!

  • Nice performance. I have bcr2000 too :D right now i'm gonna test this tricks.

  • 1:09 I call BS! I've had my fader control for 2 years, have DJed with it, bent 3 of the faders, bent them back in to place, and still use it daily in my home studio. the BCF2000 is the biggest bargain i've come across!

  • @chichobriseno I've posted the reply to your Channel. I can't post it here. Weirdness.

  • @Arbi2er so which audio interface do you recommend for this because my sound keeps coming out all crackled and stuff?

  • @chichobriseno The BCR doesnt produce sound so it doesnt need to be hooked up to a speaker. The audio interface provides superior sound quality to your regular onboard sound card. It may allow you to plug in sets of inputs/ outputs, MIDI in/out/thru or whatever else you need like a mic or headphones.
