I like it, this is pretty neat! It looks like you've gotten the planet's terminator to look realistic. (More like minnaert shading) Are you using a special shader for this?
If it's Earth by the way the atmosphere should be a lot more blue-ish, is it because of some calamity down there?
In terms of critique I'd say make the sun a tad smaller and place the lensflare where it's supposed to be :P
Skybox could use a little love too, I know space is as dull as can be in these parts but still.
