Heather and Rusty at Youth World 2003. This was their first year being there and they made it to the finals and ended up 8th in the 1D. What makes this so special is Rusty is 22 yrs old, and Heather had not been able to ride for 2 months and this was her first show since then. By the way Rusty is a grandson of Secretariat.

Thats how my barrel horse is, he has tons of heart and loves what he does. I think it always best to pick a horse with alot of heart there more willing to learn.

Wonderful ride and wonderful horse! Secretariat's offsprings are something to be proud of. I am blessed to ride a great-granson of his. This is one of my favorite videos.

Thank you, we are very proud of Rusty he definitely took after his grand-dad Secretariat. Rusty is a horse that is all heart, he gives you everything he's got every run. I know you'll enjoy your horse and much as we have ours. Good luck to you and thank you so much for your comment.

You are so right! All my horses have great attitudes, willingness to please, they love attention they get, which makes them able to go in and do their job and really want to please you.
