Any way, I LOVE your Big Tram Trip Across Omsk movies. Thanks to the depot that's clearly visible, I can now follow the ride on Google Earth!

It seems to be slowly fading away, some of this route is shown in my 2009 videos.
The metro is due to open 2012 or 2014, so we will see what happens then.
It is a good idea to trace it on Google Earth!

This part starts behind the Tsirk (Circus) building.

Yes it is, I think it is the main depot for several routes.
Because it is in a central position, the land may now be more valuable for redevelopment, which could be another reason to get rid of the trams.
