A lot of people are afraid to go to the doctor when something is bothering them. I just want to tell everyone, that if you are experiencing any symptoms of crohns disease, colitis, or pretty much anything, go to the doctor.

A few reasons why

Better safe than sorry

You can prevent procedures that aren't necessary.

You can fight things before they get worst.

You will feel better knowing what's going on.

Thanks for taking a look at my video.

Crohn's disease is a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It usually affects the intestines, but may occur anywhere from the mouth to the end of the rectum (anus).

The main symptoms of Crohn's disease are:

Fever
Fatigue
Loss of appetite
Pain with passing stool (tenesmus)
Persistent, watery diarrhea
Unintentional weight loss
Other symptoms may include:
Constipation
Eye inflammation
Fistulas (usually around the rectal area, may cause draining of pus, mucus, or stools)
Joint pain
Liver inflammation
Mouth ulcers
Rectal bleeding and bloody stools

  • we never did the fecal occult blood test tho bcuz hez never seen any blood in the toiltet or on the tp. should we have done one anyway? Im completely lost here. My husband is not a big guy as it is, him losing 10 lbs is waay to much for him. he cant lose anymore. he keeps getting severly dehydrated. Any advice from you or your personal experience would be awesome. thank you

  • My husband has had diarrhea for 9 weeks now, we just had a colonoscopy this past thursday and everything looked gr8, they took a biopsy any way and we'r awaiting the results. My question is, how on earth do we find out whats wrong with him? He doesn't seem to fit the bill for crohns or colitis. He's only symptoms are diarrhea 3 times a day, and weight loss(he lost 10lbs in a week) and thats it. Hes stomach only hurts right before he has to go. No bloody stools or intense pain. What now?
