Tribute to one of my favorite 80's movies, "Eddie and the Cruisers," from 1983. "Those Oldies But Goodies (Remind Me Of You)," is by Kenny Vance, and Season In Hell (Fire Suite) is by John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. All songs are from the motion picture soundtrack.

  • MrKingsRow or anyone. Can you tell me the name of the guitar playing Eddie does at the beginning of 1.3, Where the kid says show me something I don't know. And he plays that awesome tune on the guitar. Do you know is it part of a song, or does it have a title? Help

  • Love the movie, love the actor, love the songs. Thanks for posting.

  • @theart1rm some random guitar playing from cafferty for the movie

  • cafferty is a musical god

  • Garden of Eden from EATC2 Eddie lives

  • garden of eden. there is a soundtrack for the movie.

  • This is a great statement about music in our lifetime. What a great Movie, but just listen to the talent of the musicians that gave their life to the story, John Cafferty is one of the greatest talents to walk this earth, and he gave his heart and soul to the industry of music. And still does. I just want to hear that voice of his now, I know he still has the passion as I do , Val

  • @theart1rm

I thought the same thing and actually got to meet John Cafferty this year in Hannibal MO about a month ago and asked him about that. He said that he had never watched the movie, but thought it was from Eddie and the Cruisers Lost tapes and it was from a tune called in the Heat of the Night. I listened to the song and there is background music that is part of it, it does not have the guitar riff. I am like you, I think that part is awesome!
