General requirements: High level combat, 88 Summoning, access to Ancient Caverns.

@DukeDamnRS hum never really thought about that, i just assume turmoil is better than piety in most cases, so good point

but still dharok is kind of crap honestly

@ciccarello You do realise that piety would be better than turmoil at waterfiends unless you rely on soul split? The fastest method would be void/maul/overloads/piety and steel/iron titan, since turmoil doesn't boost you as high as piety does against waterfiends due to their non-existent attack and strength bonuses.
