Abusive Boss yells at kids

Mark Lanoue of Marks Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont, show his true colors 7-21-2009. This is relatively tame for how he can act, smashing things etc. He demeans and abuses employees this bad and worse. Mark Lanoue grabs the buttocks of males. He yells at his kids to "Get Out!" at end of video. I have heard him refer to African Americans as "F'n N#!$%$$#rs" in front of his kids. More information:
