    thanks for the help video, but theres one thing I can not figure out. It is when after the check logo appeared, I've connected my Ipod immediately to my computer, then it change it logo to " do not disconnect "...after about 2minutes it dissappear again and go back to the sad face... it doesn't even recognize or appear on my Computer either on iTunes..... Hope you have have a slution thnx! ^^,

  • @budoydoybu same thing happens to me, did you figure out how to fix it?

  • When I do that it tells me to connect to my computer, so I do, then when I do that it says ' Do not disconnect' then it flashes for a bit. turns off. then goes back to the way it was before.

  • what if my ipod says do noy disconect is it still charging

  • my ipod doesnt show the check mark but it does say connet to computer to restart

  • I did as you said, I thought that it was going to work. It did go into disk mode, popped up in iTunes and said restore to factory defaults. It did this and a message popped up in iTunes saying that it was restored and my iPod would restart. When it did restart, it went right back to the sad face. Any ideas?
