@Janice888601 Explain to your sister that there is no full cure as such because it will always be there but the secret is to get rid of it as often as you as I type to you I can notice it there with me because this e-mail from you made me think about it because over the years I do not notice it is there even though it is because I have found ways to relax and excuse me saying this but to me the best way I relax is by enjoying sex, sorry to have to point that out but it is true.
