This is really a smart retelling of the original series. It should have been given a chance.

No wonder it wasn't picked up, it's not very good while the old series was excellent and it should have had a second series. It's also terribly politically correct here, with a female professor, I suppose the idea is that two male time travelers traveling together is ahem 'suspicious'.

@Theaterbredau I do agree with you that the original tunnel was certainly a great prop that looked very real in some shots and angles
with its ''endlessness.''
It certainly was the drawcard for the original tv show, where the focus
was literally centred!

perhaps it would have been a greater succsess if they had not changed the look of the time tunnel itself, cause it was the star in that old show. Modify yes but not that much like in that new show, and the actors are to "tough" and act in a "cold" way.The actors in the old show had more character !

I hate this version it's just boring and un interesting it sucks!!! I love love love the old version because it's actually exciting!! And it has a great story!!

Actually, it was gonna air on Fox, but the TPTB went with Firefly instead
