Pinky wants some answers: Is the U.S.-led invasion and occupation of Iraq legal or illegal? Do any of the charges of illegality we've been hearing about have any legal basis at all? And why should we even care about international law anyway? Pinky and friends do the research and then tell you all the answers!

  • Benjamin Franklin:

"Why should the Palatine Boors [Germans] be suffered to swarm into our Settlements, and by herding together establish their Language and Manners to the Exclusion of ours? Why should Pennsylvania, founded by the English, become a Colony of Aliens, who will shortly be so numerous as to Germanize us instead of our Anglifying them, and will never adopt our Languages or Customs, any more than they can acquire our Complexion."

  • @alfimon rose sounds like shes just your type.

My apologies, I misunderstood your post. There are so many blame America first hacks here that I instinctively go on the defensive.

  • @rosemarie443

What, that a friend aided and protected our enemy? Is that what you're referring to? Something tells me that you might be one of those people who believes the US should be the only nation and people held to any kind of moral standard and anyone opposed to the US gets a free pass....

  • @alfimon well you see that is what friends do, they stab you in the back. Pakistan was supposed to be a friend of the USA, see how that worked

  • @sjonzor

Iraq posed a much different problem than those other nations. Saddam was the main goal and unlike al qaeda he possessed an entire nation and it's military to back him. Oh and you are also wrong about Pakistan approving the mission against Bin Laden, matter of fact the prime minister complained about the US violating his nations sovereignty.

  • @alfimon

i am not talking about 'conducting operations'.

i am talking about invading countries

moreover, the US were allowed to that operation as the government of Pakistan approved it
