Your video is dated 2007. In 2006 Iraq was returned to a sovereign nation by proclamations made by George W. Bush. Also in 2006, the 2004 proclaimations by Bush brought about the civil ownership of Iraqi oil. The People of Iraq SHARE in the ownership of their No.1 natural resource.
