Jesus, people beg you to do a review and all they get is 'whatever' used every few sentences? A great production in a great venue and all i hear here is a scene by scene 'meh'. You can't even comment about the venue itself? You are a student in a dorm in somewhere dull. Who cares?

@mushypeas10 I seem to recall that you usually have a problem with my opinions and videos anyway so I'm not going to take this to heart. The venue didn't make much of an impression on me besides it's limitations so I didn't feel the need to comment on it. I was very impressed with Sierra and I do say that, but I've seen better performances, personally, and I'm allowed to express that.

I like reviewing and I like my school. If you don't like me or my vids don't watch. Pretty simple.

I agree that John Owen Jones should have been cast as the Phantom. His voice is so rich! I did like Ramin's acting, though. I was disappointed in his voice, not his character.

I disagree about Hadley, though. I loved him as Raoul. I found myself wanting Raoul on stage ALL OF THE TIME. This is the first time I notice how little Raoul sings on his own.

@animelover13579 No hard feelings. Sometimes I misread comments too, and I just like people to know what I think, even if they don't like it, but sometimes I say it really rude and I hate myself afterwards. No hard feelings, right?

@christinegrrl Thanks for your opinion. I'm allowed to have my own and I don't interpret Raoul like that. I don't think he is supposed to be stupid or insensitive in this musical. I think he's supposed to be frustrated but caring, and I didn't see that in Hadley for a lot of it. I don't care who made him do it. I thought he was condescending, but if you liked it that's what you like, that's cool. So yes, I DID think about it and I DIDN'T like it.

Raoul (in my opinion) should be like,"Why are you acting like such a baby, all this guy's doing is sending stupid notes!" It totally makes sense why he was acting like that. He doesn't understand what she's going through, he wasn't there when Erik completely lost his mind or anything!(Stranger than you dreamt it) Raoul, the character, in this play is just stupid and he's suppose to be insensitive, or the directors MADE him do it! Did you EVER think about that? Just take it into consideration!

I was beyond happy to see Phantom on the big screen, but I honestly was left a bit disappointed. Ramin was good, he thankfully stayed on pitch most of the time, and I think a West End Christine deserved to be there instead of Sierra.

Hadley Fraser was the one principal I couldn't really stand, but I thought the finale was amazing, John Owen-Jones and Anthony Warlow just completely kicked ass, so that was fun to see them get a little recognition.
