i think he's telling them that he has a small penis, and he would like to afford an enlarment operation like the american John Holmes. He goes on to say that even his wife thinks he is a failure and that the only person to understand him is khamenei. He goes on to praise khamenei and say he is the most compassionate and forgiving man since adolf hitler and genghis khan. He one day hopes to marry khamenei and raise children to together and take over the world from their small farmhouse.
