Dolphins off the isle of St Martin, in the Isles of Scilly, off the west coast of England, in July 2006. A rare sight to see so many at one time.

Celtic wasn't the first language in Britain and the earliest settlers on these islands weren't cleansed by Germanic tribes,That is victorian history which have been disproven by modern DNA research..Google stephen oppenheimer. 80% of Brits are descendents from the first basque settlers.

  • i have just come back from the isles of scilly as in 6 hours and the first time i went i saw a pod of dolphins they are awsome

  • Cornwall is a separate legal entity. The Duke of Cornwall is HRH Prince Charles. He is in fact the head of State.

  • I am Cornish, not English......despite a lifetime of Anglo indoctrination.

Had to spend time finding out about my Constitutional history. Interesting. Quite simply, Cornwall is not a shire county of England...and we still have our language.

    Tereba nessa.

  • Yes well done, glad you got that out, but seriously you took that the wrong way abit didn't you? maybe struck some kind of nerve. oh by the way, are you cornish yourself???

  • "Your" means "of you", and "you're" means "you are". Learn to spell before you call people "stupid". It doesn't exactly help your case. p.s. Read up your Cornish history!
