communism isn't an insult.

"All that believed were together, and had all things in common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need."

He never talked about such places, those were man made to control the masses.

Catalieas: I agree Jesus is not a Capitalist.
Capitalism was coined by Marx.
His definition was an observation of the connection between Gov't and the Industrialists.
He called it Economic-Feudalism; which is a Nationalist Gov't Backed Capital Driven Philosophy.
Marx was wrong however in wanting to give that power over to the Workers.
Because workers need a "gov't" of their own (representatives) and creates the same hierarchy that a coporation or gov't does.
Oxymoronic

I agree. Communism is not suited for the selfish nature of humans. In a small group or society it can work, but in a large nation it is a system which can be too easily abused without 100% conformity & agreement... but in order to get 100% conformity you need the very same thing that true Communism repudiates, a central government (& effective policing), which is why Stalinism, Maoism & North Korean Juche seem to be so far away from Marx's vision of an egalitarian, classless, stateless society.

To some people it is. Communism gained a bad reputation because it is a system which can so easily be abused if there is not 100% conformity...

Jesus is clearly a capitalist - look at all the megachurches he owns! even the vatican! that place is practically made of gold!
