  • Amanda,

Great job! I like how you establish the problem with statistics. They have a big impact, but it would also be cool to give a more direct comparison between education in Uganda and Education in America in order to drive it home.

Your use of intonation is great and it is easy to listen to what you are saying. I would slow down a little so that we can all keep up!

It also looks like you will be using a powerpoint which will communicate your message even more effectively...

  • Amanda,

Great volume and hand gestures, your confidence draws me in.

Be careful not to shift from one leg to the other, your lower body movement is somewhat distracting. I really liked your opening statement, it not only puts the problem into perspective, but is a sticky way to lead off. I imagine you will use this analogy in your real presentation, and if you do, I would suggest putting down the pen, as it is pretty distracting. Great job and good luck!
