Sheryl Jay - Let The Beat Hit Em (Ricky Be Remix)

A remix from my first album way back in 2005. This has been covered and re released so many times ive lost count. The original was by Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam in 1991. Then Sheryl Jay Covered it in 1994 with an up beat dance version. That version is probably my alltime number 1 (hence my profile name). Then Sheina J released a few other versions in the later 90s. I think sheryl Jay and Sheina J are the same artist. Then it was sampled in about 2001 on a track called happiness. Theres probably more but its all because of the great hook.
