If by he, you mean me, the performer, I'm American! I live in Oregon. Of course, Shakespeare and the music composer John Wilson were English, thriving at the turn of the 16th/17th centuries. BTW, the outfit I am wearing was custom made for me by a seamstress friend. Dave R
