"Integration: The Stranded Light is an unusual quest mod. It deeply integrates your race, attributes/skills, and achievements in both Cyrodiil and The Shivering Isles into how you can go about doing its quests. The quests often have many solutions, usually tied into these aspects of your character. It includes more than 30 quests with a strong emphasis on thinking, character interaction, choices, consequences, and lore. A new, joinable guild plays an important role in many of the quests, which often focus on thinking rather than combat, social skills instead of fighting. It also reaches beyond the typical mold of quest mods, seeking to enrich the existing game world as whole by breathing new life into previously ignored aspects of the game, such as the "news" printed in the The Black Horse Courier. The quests don't all follow a single storyline. It's more like a collection of short stories than an epic novel. In addition to the new guild, you will also find interesting quest rewards inspired by the Less Annoying Magic Experience (LAME) mod (which is one of several requirements for this mod), a new form of transportation, and enchanting/spellmaking capabilities for those not in the Mages Guild. That towns not new...that's a MORROWIND town

It's Mir Corrup. A town mentioned in several in-game books as being on the border of Morrowind and Cyrodiil, yet it appears in neither Oblivion, or Morrowind.

You absolutely need the new races, and the cosmetic stuff is necessary if you don't want the NPCs to be bald. Also The last RBP lite version is 10.0, and the most recent version of Integration requires RBP 10.5 and LAME 1.7

Plenty of guys are needed too. It's just females are the main hurdle. Not necessarily because the amount of them in the mod, but because the main ones have so much to say, and there are so few female voice actors

Right now he really needs someone to voice the male Xivilai sound sets (ie: the standard hellos, goodbyes, "oh, it's you...",etc. type stuff)
