I am thinking about getting a asus 2gb but was wondering without the 2gb ram will it be able to play games like this if i overclock it.

doesn't overclocking it to 900mhz create more heating problems making it slower than it would run at 633?

Not at all. The Eee's ACPI driver lets it know how hot the processor is and controls the fan speed accordingly. It does run a little hotter at 900Mhz, but not by very much. If it's under VERY heavy load (like when you play these games for 5 or 10 minutes) the fan speed will get up around 60%, but that's as high as I've ever seen it get. The benefit of doing the 0511->0703 BIOS trick is WELL worth the minimal amount of extra heat. Boot times and application times are definitely faster at 900Mhz.
