they kinda sound like "Sugar". the band sugar. i'm not saying they sound like the taste of sugar. well, yeah, that too... but "Sugar" as in the fellow who was in "Husker Du"... the song off of File Under EWasy Listening" cassette... the whole "bend effect" they use .

I saw them at a small indoor venue three times in three nights last weekend at Nightmare Beofre Xmas...it was fucking LOUD . I'd love to see them outdoors as well though, i could imagine it being a tad more relaxed and less full on eardrum ripping horror.

Hey dude- I saw them at the Apollo in Manchester and at an even smaller venue in L.A. called the El Rey. I must say- You are right- My Bloody Valentine are one of the few bands in the world that actually sound better at an outdoor event. Funny cause most bands can't cary themselves in anything bigger then an auditorium....

Yes, they 'aint to everyone's taste, but some people, myself included are obsessed with the mighty MBV. If you don't like that sort of thing, go and watch a more conventional band, yeah?
