More than 600 students are majoring in Wright State University's Organizational Leadership program, which grew out of management, communications and psychology. The program helps students learn more about themselves in order to be more effective in a wide variety of jobs and careers. The Bachelor of Science degree is primarily intended for students who have already completed a two-year degree program from an accredited community college, branch campus, or technical college. The curriculum is inter-disciplinary and includes courses from the Raj Soin College of Business, College of Liberal Arts, and the College of Education and Human Services. The Leadership Capstone and the Leadership Skills Project provide students with practical, hands-on experience in solving administrative problems through the design and implementation of a leadership action plan.
