Electrified tiny insects make your bill rise myth

This is a video-response to the Mythbusters YouTube request for myths. The main myth is that if "it's possible that tiny insects get to the electric meter of your house and get electrocuted causing shortcuts and making your bill raise. There's a scanned copy of the newspaper "El Nuevo Día" and a TV quotation showing that this was actually said by the director of the authority of electric energy (AEE) of Puerto Rico.
Something that is not mentioned in the video, is that this man got actually fired after this.
We really hope to see this myth tested in the Mythbusters show.
