This is our daily shake recipe that we use before going to work. It's simple, very quick, and keeps you from eating junk in the morning or simply going without, which is worse. Each serving has approximately 22.5g of protein, and it's really yummy.

  • Nice vid. Big problem I hear from so many ppl is that they don't have time for Breakfast but i think it's because they're thinking of making something too extravagant. Quick smoothee like this rocks .... it's quick & has protein.
