@chevys10v8 i used to drive for werner watch out for there lies i used to do the west coast regional and was stuck alot in the midwest and lower 48 state at a lower pay scale than what they told me dont refuse a load with werner ya can get fired for it plus i drive for a friend who is owner opperator now makeing beter than what werner paid me back in 09 when i started for them gl on the road

First bit of advece do not ever tell anyone you are a rookie tell them you have ten years even if you are lost and do not try to be a rockstar that will come in time you will get used to being on the roud then you will be more relaxed just kick back enjoy the ryde.Be safe and keep it dirty side down and roll on the miles as they come do not force it.

I gave this video a thumbs up! but if I can add advice to this video as a driver of 5 years myself to anyone considering trucking as a career It would be: CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS! trucking is a very tough way to make an easy living and is an easy career to get into but difficult to to get out of! trucking is a life style and he is right, it will age you quickly! it is getting to be to much hassle with new regulations introduced almost daily by the D.O.T and the ever increasing dangers of the job

I quit the road back in1989 .Not by choice and watching these videos just remind me what my true love in life is. Back then it was hard work . But their were plenty of perks that went with the jobs Got I have road fever and I can never go back too my true love THE ROAD ( "EAST COAST DOUBLE T ")
