@burafanni1999 it is a substance called sodium acetate trihydrate or hot ice. it was supercooled and when you introduce a substance with the right molecular arrangement it rapidly starts to form a solid. This is an exothermic reaction which releases heat. That is why this is a hot pack. it is also reusable you just melt it down and cool it. You can make some of your own using baking soda and vinegar. look it up on youtube. I hope this answered your question. :)
