Here's the question...what were you doing with a card table on the sidewalk? If you had a permit to be there, I'm betting it's WHAT you were doing instead of the card itself.

Funny thing about videos like this...post only what will suit your point of view. They rarely show the truth.

daavvee2381, This is a common tactic used by Dover PD in the Dover school system. It's called "scare tactics". They arrest you, put you in a cruiser, drive you home, and release you to your parents without charging you with anything.
