Public school is such a joke..(no offense to great teachers)

One of my good friends is a teacher and an excellent one at that. But unlike most teachers today she is dedicated and passionate about education.

Teaching Textbooks are more enjoyable than Saxon, plus the lower grades are interactive. I'm an adult who wants more math for a future major in Computer Science. I never got enough in school. So, I am enjoying their Geometry currently. Next book I will not be getting the CDs; they tend to be rather same old dry stuff. I'll pair up YT videos with the rest. Enjoyed your video very much.

It's such a relief to see this video. I've been searching for curriculum options for my a middle schooler (8th) and it's been a chore to sort through the options so that I can begin homeschooling. New subbie!

$300 is a lot less than we paid. :) We got video curriculum to use because that's what I wanted.

Thank you for your input! I will be checking Saxon out. I agree on the outside activities, we have decided to wait until we have this part down pat! I am actually from NC, where the home school laws are very simple, so I am able to try almost anything..
