We should take lady liberty out of NY shore.There's no more liberty when the Constitution is been violated by the same people that swore to protect it! Land of the free? We should erase that line from the national anthem! How many lives were lost over 2 hundred years ago in the name of the same Constitution that today those lunatics in Washington are using as a mat?And the worst is, WE LET THEM DO IT!

Mr. Fein would make a great Supreme Court Justice. The politicians who interrogated Mr. Fein in the Patriot Act hearing tried to trap him into accepting bait and switch arguments but he deflected the sophistry on every occasion.

YES! God Bless you for this effort. All of Homeland Security is a breach of habeus corpus, probable cause, reasonable search and seizure, arrest (miranda), and if they move off of Federal jurisdiction (presumably airports- but even that I question) will be TOTALLY a violation of the constitution.
The right of Privacy! The right to representation where people ratting on you are sworn to never divulge the inquiry nor their testimony. TERRIBLE.
