A Japanese all-girl band comprised of sisters Eiko, Keiko, Shoko, Tomiko and Ruriko Hakomori. This lounge act played over 26 instruments; they recorded two albums on the King Records label, in the early 70's. This stereo vinyl track is from the LP "The Tokyo Happy Coats "Live" ".

I saw the Tokyo Happy Coats live in 1971 when I was 11 years old at the Top Hat dinner theatre in Windsor, Ontario. I'll never forget it...I even got (and still have) an autographed picture.

I was one of the ambient voices in the tracking of this tune......Dave Harrison got as many employees at Starday-King records as he could and mixed with the Happycoats ambient track.
