Midsection training with the Vortex Pro-Trainer. This transverse plane drill performed in 3-angle matrix. Key points: keep hips "quiet", emphasize rotation from thoracic spine as opposed to lumbar, keep arms extended.
The unique design of the Vortex Pro-Trainer utilizes the combination of weight stack and band resistance which is ideal for accelerated drills such as this.
