This is a video update on my weight loss journey so far in 2011. It has been quite a challenge, but i'm finally ready to get back on track.
I began weight watcher's back in Nov of 2010, and lost 14lbs in 4 weeks. I then fell off track throughout the holidays, and found it difficult to get back on track afterwards. I am finally taking control of myself againg by targetting my issues and taking accountability for my poor habits/choices.
Note* Even though I ate poorly and didn't make the best choices, I still kept up with my workout.
Types of workouts that I enjoy doing:
1 hour treadmill
30 min Bike
50 just dance
various workout videos...I have a ton..and they work great
pilates
Yoga
Bosu
skipping
**I generally workout for at least an hour daily**

Your smile looks beautiful...and yeah when we let ourselves go off track we can easily find ourselves slipping back to our old habits..DONT DO IT GIRLim here if u need support
