The protest were against us-imperialistic politic and israel occupation of holy places in jerusalem, a holy place to be visitied by muslims pilgrims too, and the saudi kingdom acted in favor of israel occupation and usa-colonialism, suppressing the awakening of the whole muslim world against its occupators!

They are demonstrating against the US and the Zionist regime. However, to answer your question: The same way Iranians would be treated. If permission given for the demonstration, they will be allowed to demonstrate. If no permission was given, they would be arrested. No one would be harmed unless they are out to harm others (rioters).
In the saudi case, these pilgrims were shot on sight and tanks were all over the city.
