@junwen971 You also said somethign about the IQ skill "Fast Friend", which can be learned by pokemon which are in group B and H. I looked it up and it seems it's a new skill, a PMD: Time, Darkness and Sky IQ skill.

Huh?Oh,I was only referring to the fact that the pokemon mentioned had a negative recruitment rate.Rayquaza's recruit rate is -10%.With the friend bow and at lvl 78,you get a 25% boost so the chances of YOU recruiting Rayquaza at that time was 15%.

@junwen971 Rayquaza has a rate of -33.9%? Then how did I recruit it while I had a Friend Bow and was at like level 78...

Yep,like some pokemon such as Golem or Rayquaza,Kecleon has a negative recruitment rate of -33.9%

Yes.Chances of recruitment when the leader is Lv.100,has a friend bow and has the IQ skill fast friend:0.1%,making it near impossible to do so.

I hear that! The last time I pissed off a Kecleon, I didn't have enough money for Gummis and he accused me of stealing, then I got raped. Seems to be permanently triple the speed you are, be able to deal 100's easily, and zillions of them appear throughout the dungeon and the Escape Orb doesn't work after that.
