my sister who's going in as a freshman in the fall chose jewett. my oldest sister whos currently a junior at whitman was in prentis freshman year. they're nicer but she said jewett had a "cooler atmosphere" hence my other sisters choice.

The acceptance rate isn't low (like 40% IIRC) but all the applicants are qualified. Average SAT is up to almost 700 math / 700 verbal now.
