Ponca City, OK-Car Split in half lands in Police parking lot - weird car wreck

Witnesses say a car speeding down 2nd street hit a dip and then hit a curb and then continued into the air hitting a tree and splitting the car in half. A section of the car landed in the Ponca Police Dept's car lot and sending a wheel and tire through a detectives car window and landing in the back seat. Witnesses said the driver was ejected and we later learned he refused treatment from paramedics and was taken into police custody.
