@9a9Cha HELL YES. this is an essential piece of information for us noobs, i didn't pick up on that at first. you should make your own video explaining this with proper annotation. THANKS DUDE.

Heres how to do it, follow these simple steps:
1. At the top (toolbar) CO "Design"
2. Then click on "Edit HTML/CSS"
3. On the toolbar the is now a "FILES" tab, click that.
4. Click on "Upload File" find file attract it.
5. Now there should be a little picture of you icon below, click it.
6. CO "Save and exit" Keep the window with you icon up though.
7. CO "Settings" in the tool bar.
8. CO "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)"
BTW "CO" means click on.

it only work if the file was .png and format size 16x16
